I graduated from Ignite wellness collective 200 hour yoga teacher training April, 2022.  In September of 2022,  I completed my sound healing coursework. I was Reiki 1 attuned January of 2023, and Reiki 2  November 2023.  May 2026, I graduated with 300 hours of yoga and embodiment teacher training With Awakening Sol
